Today we started off 8am sharp from Dawson Creek and arrived 440 miles down the Alcan highway at Muncho Lake. Scenery was much improved over the prairies of yesterday. We saw several moose beside the road and deer from time to time. One moose was about 5 foot off the road as we passed.
The road conditions deteriorated from previous days. Today had stretches of gravel and when combined with spot showers, made for interesting riding. We also crossed several bridges with either wood or grate roads. Weather was mostly 50's, 60's, and low 70's. All in all it was another fantastic day for riding bikes.
